Food Safety Protocol: To preserve the purity and aroma of our compounded Heeng and spices, couriers are contractually instructed never to leave consignments unattended at gates or doorsteps. Delivery requires one-time password (OTP) verification or recipient signature upon handover.
Every shipment is covered by 100% comprehensive commercial transit insurance underwritten by the Company until physical delivery handover is recorded by the courier system.

In-Transit Damage or Loss Resolution Protocol
In the rare event of transit container breakage or packaging damage, we operate an expedited Immediate Free Replacement Protocol. If your spice package shows external signs of tamper or impact upon delivery, note the damage with the delivery crew upon signing and notify [email protected] within 48 hours. A brand-certified fresh unit will be dispatched without waiting for transit insurance adjudication.
